The Law Office of Marion J Carter has a competitive and transparent pricing structure and we will always provide clients with a detailed quote at the commencement of instructions. Clients will also receive a detailed letter of engagement setting out in clear terms the scope of the assignment and also the fee or the basis upon which it will be calculated. We do not believe in hidden costs and any additional or optional costs will also be detailed at the outset as will any anticipated disbursements or third party costs, for example Court fees, official translations, certification costs, Land Registry fees etc.
We believe our service standard sets us apart from competitor firms and although we do not seek to compete on price we nevertheless believe our fees to be fair and reasonable.
